1) The Lease will begin at 3 pm on the day selected for check-in and will end at 10 am on the day selected for check-out, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon directly by the Parties.
2) The Tenant pays the Rental Fee as per the selected rate and accepts the cancellation conditions indicated in the rate itself.
3) In the event that the selected rate provides for the payment of a deposit to guarantee the obligations, the Tenant agrees to pay the full amount to RomagnaBNB following the established ways and in any case within the check-in time. In the event that the conditions are met, this sum will be returned to the Tenant within 7 days of check-out and cannot be calculated as a part of the Rental payment.
4) The Tenant must not sublease, even for free, the apartment in whole or in part, following italian Civil Code art. 1456. It is forbidden to host people other than those indicated in the reservation without the prior authorization of RomagnaBNB.
5) The Tenant must use the leased thing with care, without producing any change to systems. The restitution of the leased thing must happen in the same conditions of delivery.
6) The Tenant is entirely responsible for the safekeeping of the home and his content from the moment of check-in and is required to pay compensation for any damage caused.
7) In order to comply with the general obligations of correctness and transparency as well as those specific to the registration and communication to the Police Headquarters of the details of the lodgings envisaged by Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S., the Tenant will make suitable identification documents available to RomagnaBNB relating to all guests who will enjoy their stay in the apartment before allowing them access.
8) In consideration of the peculiarity and brevity of the use of the apartment, in case of default need to use the apartment for the agreed period the Tenant will not be able to request RomagnaBNB a reduction, in whole or in part, of the agreed amount.
RomagnaBNB, if it no longer has the possibility to make the apartment available for all or part of the agreed period, will have to offer the Tenant an appropriate alternative.
9) The Tenant authorizes RomagnaBNB to give the personal datas to the apartment manager or other people for anything regarding this rental relationship or linked to it, following Dlgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.
10) In case of non-compliance with the rules, the guest accepts the immediate cancellation of the reservation with a 100% cancellation fee including any damage deposit.
